Empowering girls to reach for the stars isn’t just a goal: it’s our purpose.
Educate. Empower. Inspire.
We believe every girl deserves the chance to explore, learn, and lead.
The Brightest Stars Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering young women to pursue education and careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
Founded by aerospace engineer Dr. Camille Wardrop Alleyne, our mission is to expand access, mentorship, and opportunity for girls around the world — helping them see that there are no limits to what they can achieve.
Our History
The Brightest Stars Foundation was founded in 2007 by Dr. Camille Wardrop Alleyne, a rocket engineer and one of NASA’s most respected trailblazers.
Inspired by her journey as a Caribbean-born woman in aerospace, Dr. Alleyne created the foundation to empower girls — especially those from underserved and underrepresented communities — to pursue their dreams fearlessly.
